CINCINNATI -- The Xavier men's tennis team earned its second straight win with a 7-0 drubbing of Butler Tuesday afternoon. With the victory, the Musketeers improved to 3-5 while the Bulldogs fell to 1-7 on the season.
"Any time you can beat a good program like Butler the way we did today, you know your guys had a good day," said Xavier head coach Eric Toth. This win is a great start to a big week for our team. We look forward to Atlantic 10 competition this week and we'll be ready for Duquesne on Friday."
