11th year coach wins for 288th time on Friday at Georgetown
CINCINNATI – Head coach Scott Googins won for the 288th time on Friday at Georgetown, moving ahead of John Morrey (287 wins, 1993-2004) in the Xavier baseball record book.
Googins tied Morrey on Wednesday in an 8-5 win against UC and didn't have to wait long to get the record.
