31 Musketeers have pledged to go bald, donations still being accepted through Sunday
CINCINNATI – 31 members of the Xavier baseball program will shave their heads on Sunday in support of the Vs. Cancer Foundation, capping a spring fundraiser to help fight cancer nationally – as well as here in Cincinnati.
The head-shaving will occur immediately following Xavier's home game on Sunday against Morehead State, which begins at 1 p.m.
XU baseball has been collecting donations since February and has raised over $13,320, surpassing the team's goal of $13,000. Donations are still being accepted here and all are welcome to contribute. The funds raised will go directly towards childhood cancer research.
