Musketeers are tied for second in the BIG EAST Conference
CINCINNATI - Xavier, 18-7 overall, is tied for second place in the BIG EAST Conference at 8-4. The Musketeers, who had a four-game win streak snapped on Saturday by No. 2 Villanova, open a three-game road swing at Providence on Wednesday night. The game will be broadcast on FS1 and 55KRC-AM.

• Xavier's RaShid Gaston is on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after averaging 18.5 ppg. and 7.5 rpg. for two games, while shooting 76.2 percent from the field.
• Xavier freshman Quentin Goodin has averaged 6.5 assists per game over the last four games since taking over the starting point guard duties.
• Xavier junior J.P. Macura is third on the team in scoring and 16th in the BIG EAST at 14.3 ppg. (second on the team and 15th in the BIG EAST among active players).
