Xavier Falls to Western Michigan in Spring Season Opener

CINCINNATI - Men's tennis fell, 6-1, in the 2018 spring season opener at Western Michigan.

The Broncos won all three doubles matches and five singles matches.

Xavier freshmen Brett Winters, Jan Vrba and Alejandro Rodriguez-Vidal were active in both singles and doubles competition. Winters was the only Musketeer to secure a win at No. 2 singles. Xavier did not win in doubles competition.

The Musketeers travel to Ohio State on Saturday, Jan. 20. The last time these teams faced off was during the 2016-2017 season, where Ohio State won, 4-0.
