Musketeers meet Bulldogs at home on Jan. 2 to open 2016 portion of schedule

CINCINNATI – Xavier Athletics has announced a sell out for the Musketeers' Saturday, Jan. 2 game against Butler, but fans still have options for seeing the game at Cintas Center. A limited amount of standing room tickets will be released and premium seats are still available from Vivid Seats – the preferred ticket reseller of Xavier Athletics.

The BIG EAST home opener against the Bulldogs will mark the fourth sellout in eight games this season at Cintas Center. It will also be the 130th all-time sellout since the building opened during the 2000-01 season. Contests against Miami (OH), Cincinnati and Western Kentucky have already been sold out this season.

Going back to the 2014-15 season, 10 of the last 16 Xavier home games have been sold out.

Xavier is currently 12-0 going into its 2015-16 BIG EAST opener on the road against No. 17 Villanova. That game is scheduled to tip at Noon on New Year's Eve.
