CINCINNATI --- The Xavier University Musketeers, 12-1 and winners of seven straight games, are ranked No. 6 in this week's Associated Press Poll. Xavier is up from No. 9 last week and is just one spot shy of the highest AP ranking in school history.

Xavier reached as high as a school-record No. 5 in the Associated Press Poll for five weeks in the 2015-16 season, including the polls for Jan. 18, Feb. 8, Feb. 22, Feb. 29 and March 7.
