Five new members to be inducted.
CINCINNATI --- Xavier University Athletics is now accepting reservations for the 2018-19 Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner on Friday, Nov. 30 at Cintas Center.
Xavier is proud to honor the outstanding 2018-19 induction class for the Xavier University Athletic Hall of Fame, including former conference champion swimmer Jamie T. Christman ('97), conference champion golfer Timothy E. Donovan, Jr. ('01), long-time administrator John F. Kucia ('69) as well as basketball standouts Reetta S. Piipari ('03) and Darnell L. Williams ('99), who earned long lists of individual accolades and led Xavier to multiple championship seasons in women's and men's basketball. The new class, which consists of five Xavier University graduates, will bring the total number of members in the Xavier Athletic Hall of Fame to 138.
Tickets for the 2018-19 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner are $50 for adults and $25 for children 10 and under. Tables of 10 are also available to purchase for $450. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. on Friday with the reception from 6-7 p.m. Dinner and the awards program will start at 7 p.m. Fans have the opportunity of adding a game ticket for the Saturday, December 1 men's basketball game vs. Oakland that tips off at noon for an additional $20.
