ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is limited and seating in those areas is reserved. Entry to the lower accessible seating area is available via Gate 8A on the east concourse via switchback ramp, or at Gate 7 on the west concourse via wheelchair lift. Entry to the accessible seating located in the upper bowl is reachable by using the elevator from either the east or west concourse to level 5. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Xavier Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the event. Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and seating availability is not guaranteed.
ADMISSION POLICY
All patrons 3 years of age or older must have a ticket to enter Cintas Center. Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap or otherwise not occupy a seat. Guests will show their tickets to Guest Services staff when requested, and will only sit in their ticketed seats.

CONCESSIONS
Chartwells is the exclusive concessions and catering provider at Cintas Center. Cintas Center concession stands are staffed by non-profit organizations for fundraising opportunities. If your group is interested in staffing a concession stand at a future event, please contact Rob Nusekabel, Director of Concessions and Suites at 513-745-3945.
DOORS OPEN
Doors open 90 minutes prior to a men’s basketball game, and 60 minutes prior to any other event unless otherwise noted.
ELEVATORS
Two elevators are available to help guests navigate Cintas Center. One is located on the east side of Cintas Center that provides access to the main concourse (3rd level), conference level (4th level) and upper arena (5th level). The other elevator is located past Gate 17 and section 215 on the west concourse, and provides access to Traditions Club (2nd level), main concourse (3rd level), and upper arena and Norwood Café (5th level).Â
FIRST AID
Trained medical personnel are on duty for all games and events. Should you need medical attention, please visit the TriHealth First Aid station located on the west concourse beyond Gate 17 and section 215, or ask any member of the Cintas Center Guest Services staff.
GAME PROGRAMS

LOST AND FOUND
Return all lost and found items to the Guest Services booth located at the South Entrance outside section 102. If possible, identify the location where the item was found. Guests may inquire about lost and found articles at the Guest Services booth during the game. After the game, guests should call the building operations office at 513-745-3428.
MERCHANDISE
The All for One Shop, located on the main concourse outside section 104, is open during all men’s and women’s basketball games and during other select events.
NURSING SUITE
A Mamava suite for nursing is located on the main concourse adjacent to the west elevator past Gate 17 and section 215. The private suite allows mothers comfortable seating, a lockable door and an electrical outlet for breast pumps. Download the Mamava mobile app to unlock this suite for pumping or breastfeeding, or visit the Guest Services booth located at the South Entrance outside section 102.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Certain items are prohibited inside Cintas Center. This list includes artificial noisemakers such as cowbells, airhorns, etc.; any outside food or drink, cans or coolers and animals. Cintas Center and Xavier University are smoke-free. The use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited. Video recording and use of cameras with professional lenses and/or scopes are prohibited without prior approval.
All guests are subject to enhanced security measures, including but not limited to bag checks and metal detector screening. The safety of our guests and event participants is our foremost concern.
PROMOTIONS
Promotional items and giveaway dates are subject to change without prior notice. A game ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date, and only one item will be distributed per person until quantities are exhausted. RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is not permitted at Cintas Center. Any re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of Guest Services staff, and are strictly limited to emergency situations only. Guests that leave the arena at any time will not be permitted to re-enter Cintas Center with the same ticket, unless prior approval has been given by Guest Services staff.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted as a result of a date or time change.
TAXIS/RIDESHARE
Xavier Athletics encourages its fans to enjoy the game responsibly and have a safe return home. On game days, the pick-up/drop-off location for taxis and rideshare vehicles will be the checkpoint at St. Francis Xavier Way.

- Cintas Center approved clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ (see image below). Bags may be hand carried or have a shoulder strap.
- One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc).
- South Entrance: The double doors immediately adjacent to the Student EntranceÂ
- East Entrance: The double doors closest to the Ticket OfficeÂ
