Beth Osterday led Xavier to a 76-49 overall record during her four-year volleyball career. She led Xavier to a 49-30 Atlantic 10 mark, including a 29-10 mark during her junior and senior years when Xavier finished tied for first (1998) and tied for second (1999) in the A-10, respectively.

Osterday is second on the school's all-time list for digs in a career (1,728). Osterday is also sixth all-time for kills in a career with 1,384. She is tied 10th overall for games played in an XU volleyball uniform.

Osterday finished her career as the fifth member of Xavier's 1,000-1,000 club for kills and digs in a career, ended with 1,384 kills and 1,728 digs in her four seasons.
