CINCINNATI – The Xavier women's golf team concluded their spring season in late April at the BIG EAST Championship. Here's a look at some of the season highlights.

• The women had their best outing at the Jan Weaver Invitational in Murray, Kentucky. Three Musketeers finished in the top-10 individually, as the team finished in third out of thirteen teams.

• Sophomore Hanna Lee medaled at the Rio Verde Invitational (217, +1).
• Senior Shane Crutchfield medaled at the BIG EAST Championship (222, +6).

• Shane Crutchfield: 69 (-3) in the second round at the Ball State Cardinal Classic
• Hanna Lee: 69 (-3) in the second round at the Ball State Cardinal Classic
• Nina Kulkarni: 73 (+2) in the second round of the Memphis Intercollegiate
• Rachel Johnson: 72 (E) in the third round of the Rio Verde Invitational
• Mikayla Smith: 73 (+1) in the third round of the Little Rock/ASU Invite

• Shane Crutchfield captured the individual title at the BIG EAST Championship at Callawassie Island in South Carolina. The title was the first for Crutchfield during her Xavier career, and was the first conference title for a women's golfer in program history.

• Shane Crutchfield and sophomore Hanna Lee both earned a spot on the First Team ALL-BIG-EAST. Lee was one of seven players in the conference with a win this season, while Crutchfield had six top-10 finishes.Â

• Hanna Lee earned BIG EAST Golfer of the Week twice in the spring, once after her runner-up finish at the FGCU Eagle Invite, and another after her medalist performance at the Rio Verde Invitational
• Shane Crutchfield earned BIG EAST Golfer of the Week after her top-10 finish at the UALR/ASU Women's Golf ClassicÂ

• First-year coach Breanna Patz was named Co-BIG-EAST Coach of the Year. The Musketeers finished second in the final BIG EAST Golfstat rankings, finishing third overall as a team at the conference championship. Patz also helped guide senior Shane Crutchfield to the individual conference title.Â

• Shane Crutchfield leaves the Xavier women's golf program as the leader in career scoring average (76.12). The senior had 21 top-10 finishes in her career and leaves as one of the most decorated golfers in program history.Â
