Britton Named to USTFCCCA All-Region Team

NEW ORLEANS - Senior women's cross country runner Madeline Britton was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team on Friday night for her on-course performance at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. The meet was held at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Ind.
The Bay Village, Ohio, native placed 12th at the NCAA Regional on Friday morning, posting a time of 20:53 in the 6K race. She helped the Musketeers place 14th (out of 31 teams) at the regional championship.Â
Britton will find out on Sunday if she gained an at-large berth to the NCAA Championships on Nov. 18 in Louisville, Ky.
