The Xavier women posted it highest regional finish since 2019

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Xavier cross country competed at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Friday, Nov. 14. The meet was held at Angel Mounds State Historic Site in Evansville, Ind.

The Xavier women placed 13th (out of 32 teams), the team's highest finish at a NCAA Regional since 2019 (finished 10th). The Xavier men placed 25th (out of 30 teams).

Myla Toole paced the women's team with a 24th-place finish in the 6K race (out of 231 runners), posting a time of 20:35.27. She earned All-Region honors for the top-25 performance.

Toole posted the highest finish by a Xavier runner at a NCAA Regional since 2019 (Anna Kostarellis placed 11th).
