t-15. Morrissey: 74, 76, 79 [229, +13]
22. Wetterich: 78, 76, 78 [232, +16]
23. Rivera Nicholls: 74, 81, 78 [233, +17]
t-32. Jaramillo: 78, 82, 80 [240, +24]
t-39. Roberts: 84, 83, 77 [244, +28]
The Musketeers finished in fifth place (931, +67), three strokes ahead of Creighton and Butler.
Coach McCants on the team's play:
"Coming into the championship I thought we would surprise some people with how we would play. Being two shots out of the lead 18 holes into the tournament, there's no doubt we turned some heads. In the future, we'll look to sustain that level of performance for all 54 holes so we'll put ourselves in a position to win the tournament."
Coach McCants on Fox Morrissey's tournament:
"Fox Morrissey will hopefully build off this tournament into the summer and our 2017-2018 season. Fox has a lot of potential. He scratched the surface a couple of times this season and when he competes at a level he did this week, we become a much better team."
Coach McCant's on Senior Matt Wetterich:
I can't thank Matt Wetterich enough for his contributions this year. He's one of the finer leaders I've come across in my 13 seasons of college golf. He does whatever you need him to do and sets such an example for others to observe and follow. The respect that he has earned from his teammates is pretty special. His dedication and passion for golf and to be the best he can be is so impressive."
