MEN
"I was happy with how our men's team ran today. They moved up a bunch of places in the region and without racing our 5th guy we still beat some good teams. Our top four all had a really good day. They had a 24 second spread and executed the race plan that I gave them well. AJ also stepped it up big time to be our 5th today. He ended up passing 55 guys in the second half of the race."
WOMEN
"On the women's side, I'm not happy with our team place but I think they ran as well as they could've today. It's a very young team that will be much stronger with a year of experience. Jenna ended up running on an injured foot and just wasn't herself. Anna moved up a number of places from last year and Jennie had a great race. Jennie ended up passing 32 girls in the second half of the race."
