Men's Golf Completes Day Two in a Tie for Ninth

PINEHURST, N.C. - Xavier men's golf finished the second round of the Pinehurst Intercollegiate in a tie for ninth after the Musketeers carded 306 (+22) for the second 18 holes.

Martin Jaramillo carded a 4-over after he shot even-par yesterday, finishing day two tied for 10th individually. Jaramillo shot 1-under on par-3s and even on par-5s. He has 21 pars and five birdies through 36 holes.

Imaad Qureshi is tied for 33rd with total of 152 (+10). He carded a 77 (+6) on the second 18 holes and has 26 pars through 36 holes.

Garrett Wood shot a 2-over (73) on day two to move up 21 spots into a tie for 41st individually. He carded 17 pars and four birdies through the first two rounds of the tournament.

Nick Frey is tied for 52nd overall and Michael Prebles sits tied for 83rd through the first two rounds.

Hunter Roberts is competing as an individual for Xavier and finished day two tied for 75th, respectively.

Davidson leads after the second round with a total of 572 (+4).
