Women's Golf Holds Third Place Following Round Two of Lady Boilermaker

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Xavier women's golf holds third place following the first day of the Lady Boilermaker Classic with a team score of 600 (+24).

Mikayla Fitzpatrick and Morgan Tinsley both finished the second round tied for ninth place. Both shot even-par over the first 18 and then carded a 77 in the second round. Tinsley is tied for the lead in par-3 scoring at 2.75 (-2). Fitzpatrick recorded 24 pars and 4 birdies through the first two rounds.

Mikayla Smith and Abby Kiefer both finished with a score of 153 and tied for 17th overall. Smith leads the field in pars while Kiefer has 24 pars and three birdies so far.

Andie Shukow carded a 1-over in the second round, coming back strong after her first round performance. She is tied for 21st following the first two rounds.

Lyndsey Hunnell is tied for 29th after the first day, respecitvely.

Indiana leads the tournament with a score of 572 (-4).
