Award has been given at least once annually since 2014.
CINCINNATI --- Leslie Fields, Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance, was announced as the recipient of the Greg Park All For One Award at the annual fall athletic department staff meeting. The award was presented by Vice President and Director of Athletics Greg Christopher.
"Leslie does a tremendous job leading our compliance efforts," said Christopher. "She is seen as an important connector throughout our department, and has strong relationships with our coaches, staff and student-athletes. Beyond her day-to-day work, Leslie plays a critical role for Xavier as the point person for our NIL work, is advisor for SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) and is also a part of our IDEA Initiative (Athletics' diversity, equity and inclusion group)."
The Greg Park All For One Award is given by the athletics staff to the individual who exceeds expectations throughout the department and works to improve Xavier Athletics as a whole. Greg Park, the award's namesake, was the first-ever athletic business manager at Xavier and spent 25 years in the role before retiring in July 2013.
