Xavier defeated Creighton, 4-3, on Tuesday

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Xavier men's golf placed third at BIG EAST Match Play on Tuesday afternoon. The two-day tournament was played at Bear Lakes Country Club.

Xavier defeated Villanova, 5-2, on Monday morning in the quarterfinal round. The Musketeers lost to Seton Hall, 5-1-1, in the semifinal round on Monday evening.

The Musketeers topped Creighton, 4-3, on Tuesday afternoon to capture third place at the tournament.
