Myla Toole posted the fourth fastest 5K time in school history on Saturday

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Xavier cross country competed at the Louisville Cross Country Classic on Saturday, Oct. 4. The meet was held E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.

The Xavier men placed 23rd (out of 32 teams) in the 8K Gold Race. The Xavier women placed sixth (out of 31 teams) in the 5K Gold Race. The Xavier women also placed 14th (out of 47 teams) in the 6K Blue Race.

The meet was highlighted by Myla Toole and Grace Zdankiewicz posting all-time top-10 performances at Xavier in the women's 5K. Toole's time of 17:26.10 ranks fourth in school history, while Zdankiewicz's time of 17:38.30 ranks tied for eighth.
