Men's Golf Finishes Sixth at Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate

Individually, Ray Filter placed seventh (213, -3) to pace the Musketeers
SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. - Xavier men's golf placed sixth at the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate. The two-day tournament was played at Mid Pines Golf Club.
The Musketeers posted a 54-hole score of 876 (+12), placing sixth in a field of 20 teams. Chattanooga won the tournament with a score of 839 (-25).
Individually, Ray Filter placed seventh with a score of 212 (-3) - the fifth top-10 finish of his career.
Samir Davidov (George Mason), Garrett Engle (Chattanooga) and Camden Braidech (Chattanooga) all placed tied for first with scores of 209 (-7).
Xavier continues it season on March 13-15 at the Peoples Golf Championship in St. Simons Island, Ga. The Musketeers will also send a group of golfers to the The Indy at Arlington on March 14-16 in Richmond, Ky.
