Musketeers Finish Seventh at Badger Invitational

MADISON, Wis. - Xavier men's golf finished seventh at the Badger Invitational on Sept. 23. The two-day tournament was hosted by Wisconsin at TPC Wisconsin.

The Musketeers posted a 54-hole score of 868 (+4), finishing seventh in a field of 14 teams. Southern Miss took home the team title with a score of 841 (-23), finishing 10 strokes ahead of Southern Illinois (851, -13) and Illinois State (851, -13).

Individually, Kellen Dean paced the Musketeers with a 12th-place finish in a field of 88 golfers. The sophomore posted a 54-hole score of (214, -2).

Anthony De Schutter (Southern Illinois) and Craig Long II (Northern Illinois) shared medalist honors with scores of 205 (-11).
