NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. - Sam Fauver and Kyle Smith earned medalist honors at the Keene Trace Collegiate on Tuesday afternoon. The two golfers shared the honors with Charles Cauthen (Kentucky) as all three golfers posted 36-hole scores of 144 (E).

Fauver posted his first career victory at Xavier and his first career top-10 finish. Smith now has five career top-10 finishes with one, first-place finish.

Morehead State placed first in the team standings with a 36-hole score of 592 (+16).

The field consisted of seven teams and 62 golfers.

Xavier returns to action at the Seahawk Intercollegiate on March 30-31 in Wilmington, N.C.
