Dean, Morgan Post Top-10 Finishes at Tiger Invitational

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Kellen Dean placed fourth at the Tiger Invitational on Tuesday. The two-day tournament was hosted by Mizzou at The Club At Old Hawthorne.

Xavier placed fourth in a field of 19 teams with a 54-hole score of 847 (+7), finishing one stroke ahead of No. 39 Kansas. Mizzou won the tournament with a score of 833 (-7), while Iowa State placed second (840, E).

Kellen Dean placed tied for fifth with a score of 208 (-2). Cayse Morgan placed tied for ninth (211, +1). Dean now has five career top-10 finishes, while Morgan has six career top-10 finishes.

Mizzou's Veikka Viskari took medalist honors with a score of 204 (-6) in a field of 100 golfers. Tarleton State's Alvaro Pastor placed second (206, -4).

Xavier returns to action at the Wright State Invitational on April 12-13. The Musketeers are also competing at the Mountaineer Invitational on April 13-14.
