Jamie Brown Promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Medicine

Brown joined Xavier Athletics in July of 2022
CINCINNATI - Jamie Brown was promoted to assistant athletics director for sports medicine on Tuesday. She will oversee the sports medicine department that includes six full-time athletic trainers and staff interns.
Brown joined Xavier Athletics as an athletic trainer in July of 2022Â and was promoted to co-director of sports medicine in 2024.
Brown worked as an athletic trainer at Beacon Orthopedics and Sports Medicine from 2020-22 and was an athletic trainer in St. Louis from 2018-20. She was also a certified athletic training intern for the Musketeers from 2008-10 and was an adjunct professor at Xavier in 2010.
She holds the following certifications: National Board Certified Athletic Trainer, Ohio Licensed Athletic Trainer, Certified Phlebotomist, Certified Professional Rescuer CPR/AED.
Brown holds a bachelor's degree in athletic training/clinic management from Bowling Green ('07) and a master's degree in sports administration from Xavier ('10).
