2019-20: Competed in three individual events and one relay at the 2020 BIG EAST Championships, earning All-BIG EAST in one event...Earned a spot in the Championship final of the 200 fly with a personal best time of 2:06.97...Took the top spot in the B-Final of the 100 fly with a personal-best time of 55.36, the top time by a Musketeer in the event for the season...Qualified for the B-Final of the 100 back, finishing 13^th with a personal-best time of 58.26...Earned All-BIG EAST as part of the second-place finishing 400 medley relay that finished in 3:46.28, setting a 55.52 split during the fly leg of the event.

2018-19: Took part in three events at the 2019 BIG EAST Championships...Set a season-best time of 59.30 in the 100 back prelims...Set a personal-best time of 2:09.33 in the prelims of the 200 fly...Had a season-best time of 57.87 in the 100 fly prelims...Set a personal-best time of 2:16.77 in the 200 IM at the Akron Invitational.

2017-18: Competed in three events at the BIG EAST Championships…Competed in the B-Finals of the 100 fly, finishing 14^th…set her season-best time in the event, 58.04, at CSU Magnus Cup…Set season-best time of 24.39 in the prelims of the 50 free…Competed in the 100 free, setting a time of 54.02.

Prior to Xavier: A three-time Minnesota Girls A State Championship qualifier in the 50 free, placing fourth in October 2015 with a personal best time of 24.05...In October 2016, at the Minnesota Girls True Team State Championship, she placed second in the event as an individual with a time of 24.93 and took part in the first-place 200 free relay team on the way to winning the team Championship with Visitation...Also a three-time qualifier for the Minnesota Girls A State Championship in the 100 fly, set a personal best time of 56.72 in the event at the state championship as a junior, in November 2015, placing second overall...At the True Team State Championship in October 2016, she took the top spot in the event with a time of 58.73, out-touching second place by over a second and a half....Took part in the 2016 USA Swimming Futures Championship in Austin, Texas in August 2016, competing in the 50 meter free, 100 meter free and 100 meter fly.

Personal: Nursing major...Daughter of Frank and Tracie Gaertner...Has two older sisters, Erika and Caroline...Caroline was also a member of Xavier's swim program.
