Competed in four meets... posted a 5K time of 16:23.10 at the Queen City Invitational on Aug. 31... recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:33.40 at the Commodore Classic on Sept. 14.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field... earned all-conference and all-sectional honors in cross country in 2019... earned all-state honors in track and field in 2019 as a member of the 4x800 team... earned second-team all-state honors at the indoor championships in 2018... helped the 4x800 team place eighth at the state championships... was also a three-time academic all-state honoree.
