2019-20: Competed in three individual events at the 2020 BIG EAST Championships...Set a personal-best time of 56.70 in the 100 yard back prelims to earn a spot in the championship final where she finished seventh...Set a personal-best time of 51.78 in the preliminaries of the 100 free to earn a spot in the championship final where she finished eighth...Took the top spot in the B-Final of the 50 free with a new personal-best time of 23.63...Earned All-BIG EAST and won a BIG EAST Championship as part of the 200 free relay that finished in 1:31.95, swimming the third leg in 22.98.
2018-19: Took part in three individual events at the 2019 BIG EAST Championships...Set a personal-best time of 57.29 in the B-Final of the 100 back to finish 10th...Set a personal-best time of 23.65 in the 50 free B-Final to take 11th...Also competed in the B-Finals of the 100 free, setting a personal-best time of 52.06...Earned All-BIG EAST and set a new school record of 1:31.85 in the 200 free relay where the Musketeers finished second, with a 22.99 split on the third leg.
2017-18: Competed in three events at the BIG EAST Championships…Competed in the 50 free, setting a time of 24.36, just off her season-best time of 24.31 at Magnus Cup…Competed in the 100 Free, finishing in 53.75… set her season best time of 53.16 at CSU Magnus Cup…Competed in the 100 back, finishing in 58.07…Set season-best time of 57.95 at Magnus Cup.
Prior to Xavier: Entering the start of her senior season, had set a personal best time, and a time that hits the BIG EAST Qualifying Standard for 2016-17, in both the 100 back and 200 back... In the 100, Cummins touching the wall in 57.77 at the Ohio State Championships marking the second time she competed in the state championship in the event (2014)...In the 200 back, she recently set a personal best time at the OH MAKO Time Myers Memorial Senior Championship Meet, held in Nov. 2016, touching the wall in 2:13.81...Competed in the 2016 Futures Championship in Maryland in August 2016, taking part in the 50 meter free (28.16) and 100 meter free (1:01.86)...Twice named All-Ohio in the 100 back (2014, 2016).
Personal: Communications major...Daughter of Mike and Rebecca Cummins...Has a sister Annie and brother Michael...Sister is current XU swimmer.
