2019-20: Three-time finalist in individual events at the 2020 BIG EAST Championships...Also took part in four relays, winning a pair of BIG EAST Championships and earning All-BIG EAST in all four...Set a personal-best time of 23.25 in the 50 free prelims, then finishing fourth in the Championship finals...Finished fourth in the Championship finals of the 100 free with a time of 50.89...Set a season-best time in the 200 free during the Championship final, placing fourth...Set a personal-best time for a 100 free split, 50.78, on the lead leg of the 400 free relay to help Xavier tie for the BIG EAST title and set a new school record, 3:21.62...Also won a BIG EAST Championship as part of the 200 free relay, leading off with a 23.42 leg as the Musketeers finished with a time of 1:31.96...Earned All-BIG EAST as part of the second-place finishing 800 free relay with a 1:50.68 anchor leg as Xavier finished in 7:24.66...Earned All-BIG EAST as part of the 400 medley relay that finished second with a time of 3:46.28, finishing the freestyle leg in 50.18.

2018-19: Two-time finalist at the 2019 BIG EAST Championship...Also earned All-BIG EAST as part of a pair of relays...Set a season-best time, and the second fastest time ever by a Musketeer, at 1:50.60 in the prelims of the 200 free to earn a spot in the Championship final where she finished sixth...Set a season-best time in the Championship final of the 100 free, 50.97, the second fastest time in the 100 free for a Musketeer in program history...Set a personal-best time of 2:05.26 in the 200 IM B-Final to finish runner up in the consolation final...Helped the Musketeers finish second with a school record time of 7:23.25 in the 800 free relay...Also helped the Musketeers finish runners up in the 400 free relay with 50.41 split, with Xavier finishing in 3:23.49.

2017-18: Earned a spot in the finals in three events at the BIG EAST Championships… Set a season-best time of 1:51.62 in the 200 free to earn a spot in the Championship final where she placed sixth…Set a season-best time of 52.15 in the B-Final of the 100 free to take 13^th…Set a personal-best time of 2:07.68 in the B-Final of the 200 IM to take 13^th…Was part of the school-record breaking 800 free relay that placed fourth with a time of 7:25.80…Also set a season-best time of 24.71 in the 50 free at Cincinnati in January 2018.

2016-17: Took part in three individual events at the BIG EAST... Competed in the B-Final of the 500 free, setting a season-best time of 4:59.74, fifth fastest in Xavier's records...Also competed in the B-Final of the 200 free, after setting a season-best time of 1:52.88 in the event at CSU Magnus Cup, the fourth fastest time in program history...Set season-best time of 53.78 in the 100 free at the conference meet...Earned All-BIG EAST as part of the bronze medal-winning 800 free relay.

PRIOR TO XAVIER: Two time finalist for the Indiana State Championship in the 100 free, taking sixth place as a junior with a time of 50.93...two time state finalist in the 200 free, setting a time of 1:49.14 as a junior...did not compete senior year due to shoulder surgery.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Janine and Kurt Saugstad...Older sister, Mikaela, is also a swimmer at Xavier...Majoring in management.
