GENERAL INFORMATION

The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office conducts ticketing for five Musketeer varsity sports: men's & women's basketball, men's & women's soccer and volleyball. Attendance to all other home Olympic Sports' events is free to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.

LOCATION

The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office is located in Cintas Center on the fourth floor and is easily accessible off of Herald Avenue and entering through the East Entrance. On game day, the event ticket office located on the main concourse level of Cintas Center under the marquee on the south side will be open 60 minutes prior to game time.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend hours are subject to scheduled events.

PAYMENT INFO

The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to Xavier University. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

SHIPPING & WILL CALL INFORMATION

All ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call or selects Ticketfast which is the print at home option via PDF.

All orders placed less than 10 business days will not be shipped. A photo ID will be required to claim tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.

WILL CALL (DAY OF GAME)

Men’s Basketball - Tickets may be claimed at Cintas Center beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
Women’s Basketball & Volleyball - Tickets may be claimed at the Cintas Center Will Call windows beginning 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
Men’s & Women’s Soccer - Tickets may be claimed at the ticket tent located at the Xavier Soccer Complex beginning 60 minutes prior to kickoff.WILL CALL (ADVANCE)
Will Call tickets for all Xavier sports may be picked up prior to the day of the game at the Xavier Athletics Ticket Office during normal business hours.
