GENERAL INFORMATION

The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office conducts ticketing for six Musketeer varsity sports: men's & women's basketball, men's & women's soccer, volleyball and baseball. Attendance to all other home athletics events is free to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.

LOCATION

The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office is located in Cintas Center on the fourth floor and is easily accessible off of Herald Avenue and entering through the East Entrance. On game day, the event ticket office located on the main concourse level of Cintas Center under the marquee on the south side will be open 90 minutes prior to a men's basketball game or 60 minutes prior to any other Xavier event.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend hours are subject to scheduled events.

PAYMENT INFO

The Xavier Athletics Ticket Office accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in advance for packages only, and may be made payable to Xavier University. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date, time change or inclement weather.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Four different delivery methods are available for orders. Customers may choose from: Mail, Will Call, Print at Home or Mobile delivery. Tickets can be mailed up to 10 days prior to the event date. Any orders placed online or over the phone with a delivery method of Mail or Will Call will be assessed an additional $3 per order fee.

A photo ID will be required to claim tickets at Will Call. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off tickets that cannot be found.

CHILD/INFANT POLICY

Children under the age of three (3) do not need a ticket to enter the Cintas Center. A child under three (3) must sit on a parent's lap, and may not occupy a seat unless a ticket has been purchased.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Xavier Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis, and are subject to availability.
