Xavier University Athletics presents the only Cincinnati-based youth basketball 3v3 event, debuting this summer at Cintas Center over one action packed weekend of hoops, food, drink and fun for the entire family. Register your team today by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

WHEN?
• July 27-28
WHERE?
• Xavier University - Cintas Center
WHO CAN PLAY?
• Boys and girls entering grades 3 through 7 for the 2019-20 academic year
• Up to 4 players per team (minimum of 3 players per team)
• You must play in the division of your oldest participant
COST?
• The cost to play in the tournament is $120 per team. Each team is guaranteed three games during the tournament.
• Participants will receive a complimentary ticket to a Xavier basketball game in 2019-20 and a swag bag.
• The winning team will receive medals.

TOURNAMENT INFO |
• Each gender and age division will be divided into groups of 4 teams
• Day 1 (July 27) will be group play; teams will play each opponent in their group for a guaranteed minimum of 3 games
• Day 2 (July 28) is the knockout round; top teams from each group return the following day for a single elimination bracket to crown our champions

GAMEPLAY INFO |
• Each game is played on a half-court
• Each game consists of one 20-minute running clock period; ties are broken by a sudden death free-throw contest
|
|
PLAYER GIFTS |
Each player receives a gift bag with branded items, and:
- (4) Four tickets to a 2019-20 Xavier Women’s Basketball game
- (1) One ticket to a 2019-20 Xavier Men’s Basketball non-conference game (TBA) and the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at the group discounted rate (subject to availability).

DAILY SCHEDULE |
Saturday, July 27: Group play (all teams will play)
Sunday, July 28: Knockout play (advancing teams will play)
Saturday will be a “shotgun” schedule with different age groups playing within different 2-3 hour windows. Once registered, you will receive an email with your scheduled check in and play time.

PARKING |
• Parking is free! Follow the signs to Cintas Center and park in the east parking area (LOT C-2), accessed from Cleneay Avenue. From there, it’s just a short walk down to the main entrance and registration area.
• Dropping off? There is a drop-off area directly in front of Cintas Center. (Xavier is not responsible for unattended children)
