Undergraduate Student Ticket Information
MEN'S BASKETBALL
Limited lower-level student section tickets are available each game. There will be several emails sent out prior to men’s basketball season, explaining how to set up your account and how to claim a ticket. Tickets can be claimed during the online ticket window, usually a week prior to a game, or by going to the gameday ticket office after tip-off.

Student Section seating includes sections 115, 116, and 117
- The first two rows of 117 are reserved for X-treme Fans Board of Directors
- Section 118 is reserved for the X Band, dance and cheer.
Break game seating includes section 115
- Section 117 is reserved for the X Band, dance and cheer.
ONLINE PICKUP
- Online pickup will begin generally 4-10 days prior to a men’s basketball home game. Pickup schedule is below.
- To claim a ticket online, a student will log into his/her Student My Musketeers Account via the link from the student ticket page on GoXavier.com. Each student must register their account to be able to claim tickets. Registration instructions are sent by email at the beginning of the fall semester each year.
- Once you log in to your account, all games are shown in a column on the right, with dates when those games become available.
- When a game is active, click the ‘Find Tickets’ button. Put in 1 ticket on the next page, and proceed through to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email after you’ve completed the process.
- Students will have 2 DAYS to log on and claim a ticket for an upcoming game. CLAIMING A TICKET ONLINE DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU ENTRY
- If you do not claim a ticket online during the designated window, you will be placed in the “Standby” group on gameday. If tickets remain unclaimed after tip-off, any Standby students will then have the same priority for entry as students who registered online.
GAMEDAY LINE UP
- Students may begin lining up for entry beginning on the day of the game. The line up will begin at the regular student entrance, at the far left doors of the main entrance to Cintas Center. Line up begins no earlier than 8 a.m. the day of a game (Campout is an exception).
- Student section seating is first come, first served.
- Student Section seating includes 115, 116, 117, 118

- Groups wanting to sit together must line up together.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION
- All claimed tickets will be issued via mobile device.
- After claiming a ticket online, the student will receive an email with a link to download their ticket to their mobile device. The student will follow the prompts to add the ticket to the Apple or Google Pay wallet.
- Upon entry to the building, the student’s mobile ticket will be scanned. Students claiming a ticket online have priority for entry until tip-off. After tip-off, any full-time undergrad can enter until halftime, regardless of whether or not a ticket was claimed online, provided unclaimed seats remain. To take advantage of a ‘standby’ ticket, the student MUST have their Xavier ID.
- After verification, students will be given their seat location. Those students receiving lower level tickets will also be wristbanded to designate their lower level seating.
- Any students who do not get lower level student section seating will be given a ticket for the upper level, or a standing room only ticket. This depends on ticket demand for each game.
TICKET TRANSFERS
- Student tickets can be transferred electronically to another full-time undergraduate ONLY. When you’re logged into your account, click on the Manage my Account button in the top right, and then select ‘Transfer’ under ‘My Tickets.’
- Your eligible tickets will be shown there. You can select whichever ticket you wish to transfer and then input the person’s cell phone number that you wish to transfer the ticket to.
- A TRANSFER CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY ANOTHER ELIGIBLE STUDENT
BREAK GAMES
- Student Section seating during break games includes section 115. Section 117 is reserved for the X Band, dance and cheer.
- Students may claim an extra ticket during break games that can be used for non-Xavier students. More information will be shared via email closer to those dates.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
All home games are played at Cintas Center. Xavier full-time undergraduate students should present their student Musketeer Pass for one complimentary ticket. Doors open one hour prior to the games and the ticket office remains open until the end of halftime. Some seating for women's basketball is reserved. The student section is located in section 117 at the North End of Cintas Center.
Musketeer Passes are emailed to students at the beginning of the school year. Please reach out to the Xavier Ticket Office if you have questions or have trouble accessing your pass.
VOLLEYBALL
All home games are played at Cintas Center. Xavier full-time undergraduate students should present their student Musketeer Pass for one complimentary ticket. Doors open one hour prior to the games and the ticket office remains open for one hour following the start of volleyball games. All seats are general admission.
Musketeer Passes are emailed to students at the beginning of the school year. Please reach out to the Xavier Ticket Office if you have questions or have trouble accessing your pass.
BASEBALL / SOCCER / LACROSSE
All home soccer and lacrosse games are played at the Corcoran Field, located adjacent to Schmidt Fieldhouse and the Heidt Family Champions Center. Baseball is played at Hayden Field in the O'Connor Sports Complex.
Xavier Athletics announced complimentary admission to all home regular-season baseball, lacrosse and soccer contests ahead of the 2024-25 academic year. Students, be sure to check in on X-treme Rewards to claim your points at each home event.
