Competed in four races... posted an 8K time of 27:26.9 at the BIG EAST Championships on Oct. 28... ran a 5K time of 28:02.5 at the National Catholic Championships on Sept. 16.

SOPHOMORE (2015)
Did not compete during his sophomore season.

FRESHMAN (2014)
Posted a 5K time of 17:05.60 at the Queen City Invitational on Sept. 5... ran a season-best 8K time of 26:22.50 at the BIG EAST Championships on Oct. 31... posted a time a 10K time of 35:56.00 a the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 14.

INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD
SENIOR (2017-18)
Competed in three meets... placed second in the 3,000-meter run (9:05.78) at the Mastodon Opener on Dec. 2... posted a time of 4:34.74 in the one-mile run at the Thundering Herd Invitational... also competed in the DMR at the Akron College Invitational, helping the relay team post a time of 10:35.40.

JUNIOR (2016-17)
Competed in two meets... posted at time of 4:37.09 in the one-mile run at the Thundering Herd Invitational... helped the DMR team post a time of 11:04.21 at the BIG EAST Championships.

SOPHOMORE (2015-16)
Ran a season-best time of 4:42.09 in the one-mile run at the Kentucky Invitational on Jan. 15.

FRESHMAN (2014-15)
Posted a season-best time of 4:43.26 in the one-mile run at the Ohio State Tune-Up on Feb. 20.

OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD
SENIOR (2018)
Competed in six meets, participating in the 1,500-meter run in all six meets... posted a season-best time of 4:12.00 in the 1,500-meter run a the Pacesetter Sports Invitational.

JUNIOR (2017)
Competed in the 1,500-meter run six times... posted a season-best time of 4:00.43 at the Hilltopper Relays, placing fourth in the event.

SOPHOMORE (2016)
Competed in only one race, posting a time of 4:23.83 in the 1,500-meter run on March 19 at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

FRESHMAN (2015)
Competed in the 1,500-meter run three times, posting a season-best time of 4:06.99 at the Ball State Cardinal Invitational on April 17.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a two-time All-Ohio honoree in cross country... won a state title as a member of the 4x800 relay team in 2014... helped his team a state runner-up finish in both 2013 and 2014.
