Evan Lainoff joined Xavier Athletics as a Fan Engagement Graduate Assistant in August 2026. His responsibilities include serving as the primary marketing contact for volleyball and assisting with fan engagement efforts for men's and women's basketball and Xavier Spirit Groups.
Prior to Xavier, Lainoff worked as a Marketing Assistant and Gameday Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh, supporting marketing, promotions and game presentation efforts for Panthers Athletics. He also completed an internship with the Pittsburgh Pirates, gaining experience in professional sports marketing and fan engagement.
Lainoff graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2026 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Analytics. He also earned a Sports Management Certificate during his time at Pitt.
