Jessie Dai joined the Xavier women's basketball staff as the program's intern in September of 2025.
Dai was the assistant boys high school coach and head women's high school coach at Provincial Competition (China) in the summer of 2025. She also has experience as a broadcast intern at ESPN/ACC Network (2024-25), a KLPA Instructor at UVA (2024-25) and a VIA Intern (2024-25).
Dai played two seasons at Miami (Ohio) from 2022-24.
The DaQing, China, native hold's a bachelor's degree in sport leadership and management from Miami University ('24) and a master's degree in kinesiology from Virginia ('25).
