Jill Finch serves as the Business Operations Manager for Events and Conferences at Xavier University, where she manages operational logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure each event runs seamlessly, fostering a welcoming and professional environment that reflects Xavier’s commitment to excellence. A member of the Xavier community since 2019, Jill previously served as the Coordinator for Student Involvement. She earned her degree in Biology from Thiel College, where she was a proud member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. Originally from Toledo, she now resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband, Adam, and their daughter, Mackenzie.
