Kevin Hermansader joined the women's basketball support staff as a graduate assistant in August of 2024. He was promoted to assistant athletic director for women's basketball in August of 2025.
Hermansader joined the Musketeers from the University of Delaware. He was a student manager for the women’s basketball program from 2021-24, serving as the head manager and basketball operations assistant for his final two years with the team.
Hermansader also worked as an analytics intern for the women’s basketball program from 2021-22.
Hermansader was the Summer/Fall League Head coach for the Charter School of Wilmington Boys Basketball from 2020-21 and worked in golf operations at White Clay Creek Country Club from 2021-24.
The Hockessin, Del., native holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Delaware (’23).
