Scott Mueller is the Director of Facilities and Operations for all of the department’s facilities. Mueller, an operations team leader at Cintas Center since 2018, has been recognized for his part in the efficient execution of daily events for Xavier Athletics and the entire university as well as outside clients.

Mueller came to Xavier after spending five years working for the PGA of America in operations. In addition to hiring and managing operations staff, his duties included everything from facility set-up and vendor coordination to budget management. He was involved in management of numerous events, including the 2016 Ryder Cup, 2016 and 2017 PGA Championships and the 2016 and 2017 Senior PGA Championships.

Mueller, a three-time alumnus of Xavier University, earned a B.A. degree in philosophy and a B.S. in sport management from Xavier in 2011. He earned his M.B.A. in supply chain management in 2020. He and his wife Angeline (also a Xavier graduate) reside in Cincinnati with their three children: Anthony, Leo and Nathaniel.
