STILLWATER, Okla. -

The Xavier Musketeer women's soccer team lost at No. 17 Oklahoma State on Friday night, 5-0, in the first night of the OSU Tournament. XU, 0-4, will try to bounce back on Sunday with a match against Oral Roberts. OSU raised its record to 3-0 with the win.

 

Oklahoma State scored the first goal of the match at 20:17 of the first half as Kasey Langdon found the back of the net off an assist from Annika Niemeier. It proved to be all the scoring that the home team needed. OSU led 2-0 at halftime and scored twice in the first four minutes after intermission to put the match away for good.

 

The Musketeers have now lost 14 straight road matches, a streak they will try to end on Sunday against ORU.
