The 32 points are the most by a Musketeer since Stanley Burrell scored 32 points at Duquesne (2-13-05). His previous highs were six 3-pointers at Auburn last season (1-6-08) and seven field goals made, which he accomplished four times.
With tonight's victory, Sean Miller is now 100-39 (.719) in his fifth season as head coach of the Musketeers. The 100 wins places him third on XU's all-time wins list for head coaches, trailing only Skip Prosser (148 wins in seven seasons) and Pete Gillen (277 wins in nine seasons).
Xavier's 7-0 record to begin the season ties for the third-best start in school history with the 1955-56 and 1927-28 teams.
Xavier, which has won its last 14 games at Cintas Center, and 28 of its last 29, is now 110-16 (87.3 percent) all-time at its on-campus arena, including 56-6 (90.3 percent) against non-conference competition.
Danté Jackson dished out a career-high seven assists. His previous high was four assists against Toledo (11-17-08) and Coppin State (11-20-07). Jackson also knocked down a career-high three 3-pointers. His previous high was two 3-pointers on four occasions.
Kenny Frease tied his career high with seven rebounds. He also grabbed seven boards against IPFW (11-14-08).

The head coach of the Bobcats is former XU assistant John Groce.
