Musketeers face Miami tomorrow

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Xavier opened up a busy weekend of competition at ACC opponent Louisville on Friday afternoon, falling to the Cardinals by a combined score of 408-127. The weekend continues with a dual at Miami (Ohio) on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

Paxtyn Drew took second in the 100 back with a time of 58.06.
Hanna Martin scored second in the 200 IM, touching the wall in 2:14.82.
The women closed out the day with a second place finish in the 400 free relay with Caroline Gaertner, Paxytn Drew, Abbigail Garner and Emily Conners finishing in 3:32.39.
The Musketeer women fell by a final score of 198-62.

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

The Xavier men opened the day with Sam Johanns, Matthew Dyer, Knox Hitt and Rodrigo Suriano taking third in the 200 medly relay with a time of 1:33.58.
Three Musketeers scored in the 200 back, led by Chase Baldwin's time of 1:56.71 for a third place finish. Rodrigo Suriano and Arthur Smith followed him in.
Baldwin also placed fourth in the 100 back with a time of 53.24.
The men fell to UofL with a final score of 210-65
