The senior standout won the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes, took second in the high jump

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Russell Platt earned three medals on Saturday afternoon to highlight the final day of the 2017 BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships. The two-day meet was held at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Athletic Complex.

Platt won both the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes, while placing second in the high jump. The senior standout was tabbed the BIG EAST "Men's High Point Performer of the Meet" as he collected 28 points.

All told, the Musketeers established seven school records over the two-day meet.
