"I think someone forgot to tell our athletes that this wasn't the BIG EAST Championship. Everyone on the team brought such a high level of intensity and energy that you would have thought it was BIG EAST. In our team meeting on Thursday, the goals that I gave both teams were to strive for perfection in everything that you do this weekend and rise to the level of your competition. Considering we broke six school records and nearly half of the team set personal records, I think they accomplished those goals."Â
