Xavier Completes Day One at the WMU Invitational

Kalamazoo, Mich.- Xavier completed day one of the Western Michigan Invitational at the Sorensen Courts/West Hills Athletic Club.

The Musketeers recorded eleven singles wins and five doubles wins. In round one singles, seniors Gabriel Araujo and Connor LaFavre won their matches. Freshmen Brett Winters and Jan Vrba also won their round one singles matches.

In round two singles, LaFavre, Winters, Vrba and Alejandro Rodriguez-Vidal won their matches. In doubles play, the Musketeers won every match.

Xavier will play again tomorrow to complete the weekend at the Western Michigan Invitational.
