Senior Morgan Finn had a match-high 11 kills on Saturday night

VILLANOVA, Pa. - Xavier volleyball ended its season with a three-set loss (20-25, 18-25, 21-25) at Villanova on Saturday night. The Musketeers finished the year with a 10-19 (8-10 BIG EAST) record.

NOTABLES

• Senior Morgan Finn posted a match-high 11 kills to go along with a .450 hitting percentage. She added two assists.

• Senior Laura Grossman added seven kills and 17 digs. Sophomore Audrey Adams posted six kills and freshman Norah Painter collected five kills.

• Senior Meredith Klare posted a match-high 19 kills to go along with two assists. The libero finished her career with 1,951 digs, the second most in school history.

• Sophomore Nadia Dieudonne posted a team-high 23 assists, while adding seven digs and three kills. Senior Olivia Hart added six assists and five digs.

• Villanova had 3.5 more total team blocks (5.5 - 2.0) than Xavier and had two more aces (4-2).

• The match featured 11 ties and four lead changes.
