COACH STICKLEY
"Yesterday all three of the races were in the afternoon, which made the heat grueling. Throughout the day I pulled the athletes aside and changed our race plan drastically to accommodate for the weather. We went from playing it safe at the start, to really going out conservative and racing the second half of the races. Our guys and girls executed the race plan and it showed through the results."
"I couldn't be more proud of the guys for the way they ran. Not everyone had their best day, but it shows how much depth and talent we have on the team to show up and finish 4th against tough competition. Beating DePaul and Creighton this early in the season was a huge confidence boost for our guys and has them even more excited for the BIG EAST Championship."
COACH ORNER
"This year our men's team finished 4th overall in the Championship race, which is the highest finish in the past several years for our men's squad."
