"As a team we did not finish where we wanted to. However, I gave them a race plan and they executed it perfectly and the times reflected that. This is first time in a while where we had all nine guys under 27 minutes for an 8K. It shows how much we have progressed as a team."
"Tom and Brady ran phenomenal. The two of them worked together right from the start through 5K. Once they came through the 5K, Tom separated a little, but together they continued pass people over the course of the last 3K."Â
"Cassie Francis led the way for the women yesterday. Right from the start she and Robyn Blackwell got out and came through the first mile a little conservative, which is exactly what I wanted them to do. After the one mile mark, they both had a strong middle race and ended up running season bests, along with the rest of the girls competing. I am really proud of how our women wrapped up their last 5K of the season."Â
