WOMEN
"Today was a good day for our women's team. I really thought we could be as high as 8th but 10th is a solid improvement from last year. Not having Jenna in our lineup made things challenging, so with that in mind I'm really happy with a top 10 finish. Individually we had a number of improvements from last year. Maya improved by 28 places, and Courtney improved by 64 places. Anna also improved 43 places from last year to unofficially punch her ticket to the NCAA Finals."
Â
"It was an exciting race for Anna who was up in the lead pack the entire way. She hung tough with the NCAA Champion and several other All-Americans who all had teammates running with them. The group really separated with about 600m to go and Anna faded a little but she had enough left to hold on for 11th. Qualifying for the NCAA Final has been our goal all season, so it's been a happy but emotional time since she crossed the line."
Â
MEN
"On the men's side both Jack and Brady got it done up front for our team but we really fell off after that. I know neither the guys nor I are happy walking away as a 26th place team."
