Play4Kay Pink Game Set for Feb. 17

CINCINNATI – Xavier women's basketball is scheduled to host their Play4Kay Pink Game on Sunday, Feb. 17 at Cintas Center as they take on Creighton. Tip-off is slated for 2 p.m. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a pink Xavier t-shirt.
Xavier would like to honor breast cancer survivors for their strength, courage and determination. Survivors can register to be recognized during the game and may request two complimentary tickets to the game by completing this form.
The Play 4Kay initiative, named after former North Carolina State University coach Kay Yow, is an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for women's cancer research on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond. Since its inception in 2007, the Play 4Kay initiative has helped the Kay Yow Cancer Fund support $7.53 million in women's cancer research and related projects. This unique and important initiative serves as a platform for the women's basketball community to come together for a common cause. For more information, visit www.kayyow.com.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for ages 3-17 and FREE to those 2 and under. Tickets can purchased online at GoXavier.com or at the ticket window on game day. Group tickets start at $3 and must be purchased in advance by calling 513-745-3389.
